Q: How much do you charge?

Since there are many factors that are considered when pricing a cleaning job, the best way to receive an accurate quote is to schedule a free, no-obligation in-home assessment.

Q: Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! Our commitment to our clients begin with free, no-obligation in-home assessments. Once we meet you and view your home, we will design a service plan specifically for your needs. This appointment is when we gather all the necessary information. For instance, where does your garbage/recycling need to be taken to? Do you have any alarm codes that we need to know about? Where do you keep the doggie treats? This assessment is an important first step in receiving high quality service.

Q: Do you provide supplies?

Yes! Cleaning supplies are included in our pricing so you don't have to worry about stocking them. We use eco-friendly house cleaning agents, so they are safe for your health, our health, and for the environment.

Q: What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning service?

For optimum cleaning efficiency, please clear surfaces and put items away. One example; if you would like us to load the dishwasher, please have the dishwasher empty. The less items we have to move or find places for, the more time we have to focus on the cleaning. If "changing sheets" are part of your service plan, please leave the clean sheets on the bed. We will do the rest!

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It is not necessary to be present during the cleaning. In fact, most of our clients have busy schedules and book us specifically because they need to be out during the time we're working. We can do a more efficient job when left to work without interruptions and movements unencumbered.

Q: How much of my home will you clean?

As much or as little as you like. This is why the free in-home assessment is so important. Because we are able to design a service plan around your specific needs. Only want the floors done? We can do it. Want the entire house sparkling? We can do that too!

Q: Are your services pet-friendly?

Yes, they are! Seeing our clients' pets are among the greatest joys of our work. We recognize that as a pet owner you may have a little extra to clean. And since our supplies are eco-friendly, we won't be using any chemicals that might harm your pet. Just let us know during the assessment, and we can design the service plan to accommodate this. When our team arrives to do the job, please make sure your pet is in a safe location so there aren't any problems.

Q: What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?

That is up to you. We do ask that your pets be out of the way so we're not stepping on any tails, but if you'd like to close them in a bedroom or take them out with you, we can work with either. Just let us know where your pet is before we arrive so we are prepared.

Q: Will you move furniture to clean behind and underneath?

Within reason. Heavy antique pieces will likely not be touched but kitchen dining sets, etc. will. But as always, if you request it specifically we'll make sure it gets done.

Q: Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. We are licensed, we carry a $20,000 fidelity bond, and we carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy in the unlikely event of damage or injury.
